The Center for Animal Care and Control Inc. always has a wonderful selection of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens for adoption. These animals are in desperate need of loving homes. Precious lives are saved by adopting a New York City shelter animal.

The Center for Animal Care and Control, Inc. has a Lost and Found service. If you have lost your animal, please call our Manhattan and Brooklyn shelters and ask for lost and found. Our representatives will be happy to help reunite you with your companion animal.

The Center for Animal Care and Control, Inc. has its own cable television show! "For Pet's Sake" airs Sunday evenings at 10:30 p.m. on Manhattan Neighborhood Network Channel 16. In a few weeks, it will air citywide. "For Pet's Sake" is hosted and produced by CACC Director of Public Information Faith Elliott. The show deals with adoptions, responsible companion animal ownership, and other humane issues. It combines interviews, music and lots of fun elements, all dedicated to helping our shelter animals.
