The Oak Room will be open for Christmas Eve, with reservations from 5:30pm-9pm, and Christmas Day from 12pm-8pm and will offer a $100 four-course prix-fixe menu. Appetizers include “Grains of Paradise” Crusted Beef Carpaccio as well as the Foie Gras “PB & J.”  Entrees include the Christmas Turkey and the Miso Glazed Virginia Ham. Save your sweet tooth for the Steamed Pudding Cake or the signature “Oak Bar” with chocolate-praline mousse and chocolate sorbet.

Osteria il Paiolo:  Head to this Williamsburg hotspot between 5pm and 12am for a Christmas Eve dinner celebrating the tastes of Italy. The menu takes a modern approach to classic favorites with highlights including Burrata Tartufo topped with freshly shaved white truffles ($28.50), Linguini alle Vongole (fresh pasta tossed in clam sauce-$16.50), Chilean Sea Bass with a tangy lemon caper sauce ($32.50), and the Squid Ink Risotto and shrimp ($21.50).

Le Caprice:  Chef Michael Hartnell brings over favorites from the landmark London brasserie to The Pierre Hotel. The two-course Christmas Day menu will be offered for $85 with delightful selections including the Butternut squash veloute, Sauteed foie gras, Scottish smoked salmon, Organic turkey, Rack of Colorado lamb, and Champagne risotto.

Enjoy the elegance and delight of Smoked Eel Frittelle, Baccala Crostata with Olive, Mozzarella in Carozza, Tuna Testa Tramezzini, Scallops in Pancetta, Mackerel and White Bean Crostini, and Calamari and Artichoke Ragu. Wine pairing is available for an additional $150 per person.
